Our Garlic Farm

Inland Garlic is a gourmet garlic farm in Cheney, Washington. We believe that food should be grown in a way that benefits and enriches the soil and surrounding ecosystem. We were inspired after watching the documentary film “Kiss the Ground”, and decided we had to change the way we farmed. Our focus has shifted to improving soil structure and plant health by the biology in the soil. We truly believe that healthy soil delivers healthy plants. Our mission is to bring you flavorful, healthy garlic in a sustainable way.
